Often team members will be working with different objectives in mind and sometimes with hidden agendas. The effect of this can be catastrophic in terms of the final objectives.
Team goals and expectations should be clearly defined and agreed before the project is commenced.
As previously stated in Section 4, we believe that one of the first things a team should do is agree on a Team Charter. This document asks the team to discuss and agree goals and expectations.
