Conflict: Poor work standard of a member

Point out immediately sub-standard work with clear directions

· team,conflict

The Problem:
Sometimes it is easier to correct sub-standard work than to sit down with the person who produced the work and go over the errors.

This will not fix the problem. It's likely that the team member will continue to produce sub-standard work because they are unaware that they're not performing as required.

The Solution:
Work that is not up to standard should be pointed out immediately and clear directions given to ensure that subsequent work is up to standard.

This way you help with future team deliverables and help develop your team member.
